BUSINESS VISITOR VISA – AUSTRALIA

Business Visitor stream

The Business Visitor stream of the Visitor visa, Subclass 600 allows Applicants to visit Australia for short Business trips and stay for 3 months, and engage in the following activities:

  • Business or Employment investigations and checks
  • Negotiate and sign Contracts/Agreements
  • Guidance regarding Project Installation
  • Participate in Conference, Summit, Seminar or Trade Fair
  • Official Government visit activities

Note that you can’t visit Australia for Work purposes, but business visitor activities are permitted. Evidence must be provided that you are a ‘Genuine Visitor’ and will not overstay your trip, not get involved in work and return back to your country at the end of your visit.
