1. National Development Fund (NDF)

2. Real Estate Investment

Processing Fees:
- Single applicant: US$10,000
- Family of up to 4 persons: US$20,000
- Family of 5 or more: US$20,000 + US$10,000 for each additional dependent
3. Business Investment
There are two business investment routes:
- Single Investor Option:
A principal applicant invests at least US$1,500,000 in an approved business. - Joint Investment Option:
A minimum of two investors jointly invest at least US$5,000,000 in an approved business.
Each investor must contribute at least US$400,000.
Applications for Citizenship by Investment must be submitted through an authorised agent.
4. University of the West Indies (UWI) Fund
The University of the West Indies (UWI) Fund supports the development of UWI’s fourth landed campus.
- Minimum investment: US$260,000
- Eligibility: Family of six (6) or more (minimum six persons per application)
This option includes a one-year, tuition-only scholarship for one eligible family member at the University of the West Indies.
